My Experience:

With all my previous blenders my cream soups were always left with chunks and lumps, so I knew right away that this would be the first challenge I would give this blender. I started by boiling my veggies and spices in a pot on the stove. When they were cooked to the point that I thought a blender should be able to purée them, I decided to give it a go!

As per instructions stated, I filled the pitcher half way (for hot liquids) and proceeded to purée my first pitcher of carrot and cauliflower cream soup. I have to say, I was skeptical…

I was seriously awestruck at how amazing this blender puréed my soup. I’ve never been so successful! There wasn’t a single chunk or lump in sight. This blender would definitely make great baby food.

The blender did great with heat, so I had to try something cold. It was smoothie time!

I decided to give the personal cup a try. I was doubtful that its small size was going to be able to crush all the frozen fruits and ice. I filled the cup with 4 ice cubes, a frozen banana, 2 yogurts and some milk. The blades cut through it all with ease! I removed the personal cup blade base and replaced it with the personal cup lid and I was all set to sip away. This would definitely be convenient for those morning protein shakes when you’re in a hurry.

Pros:

  • Suction cups under base
  • Easy cleaning option
  • 1200W of awesomeness
  • Easy storage

Cons:

  • Plastic pitcher (which turned orange after my carrot and cauliflower soup. I tried everything to get it out)

To conclude, I would absolutely 100% recommend this blender without hesitation. It’s a great piece to add to your kitchen tools. If you would like to try the Living Well With Montel 1200W Emulsifier Blender for yourself, head over to their website.
