The Beatrix Girls are another hot holiday toy that will be flying off the shelves this year.

They’re musicians, they’re dolls, they’re role models for a new generation of empowered young girls. Sure, they’re adorable with great clothes and fabulous hair, but there’s so much more to them than that! The Beatrix Girls are an accomplished pop band with real music that girls are sure to adore. Each member of the band sings, plays a different instrument and even writes the songs. They’ve achieved the pop-star success that young girls dream of – and they’ve done it through talent, tenacity and old-fashioned hard work. Best of all, none of that success has gone to their heads. They’re young, they’re real and they’re spunky.

There are 4 Beatrix girls to collect and each have their own style and personality.

Meet The Beatrix Girls

Lark:

“Those low notes you hear on a tune by The Beatrix Girls – that’s me. I like bass because it shakes the ground and everybody feels it. When I’m not thumping the strings I go extreme – sports I mean. Skateboarding, surfing, snowboarding. You name it, I’m on it. But my first love is the Beatrix Girls. Making music with your best buddies is the bomb!”

Lark features long red hair, beautiful green eyes knee length pants and a cute black dress with a little hint of pink.

Brayden:

“When you hear lead guitar wailing above The Beatrix Girls vocals, that’s me – Brayden I’m the lead. And I’m the leader, writing most of the band’s songs. I write about music and fun and the world we all live in. Stuff that matters to me. Like my BFFs, the Beatrix Girls. Being a pop-star with your best friends is the super-coolest thing in the world!”

Brayden features cool purple hair and eyes, a shimmery turquoise, purple and silver dress and wears a silver shrug and silver just-below-the-knees pants.

Ainsley:

“You know that bash and crash on The Beatrix Girls tunes? That’s me, banging on the drums. The rest of the time I am sweet as cherry pie and just as quiet as a church mouse. I love playing drums with my chums, The Beatrix Girls – I can’t believe it’s my job!”

Ainsley features long blonde hair and blue eyes. She wears a cute pink dress and fishnets.

Chantal:

“Bonjour! That’s how I say hello in my native Canada. I am the keyboard player with The Beatrix Girls. They say I am mellow and level headed but every now and then I get – how do you say? – “bent out of shape.” Still, I absolutely positively LOVE playing with The Beatrix Girls… even though they drive me crazy sometimes.”

Chantal features long brown hair and a totally cute 50’s style red polka dot dress and heals.

I just LOVE The Beatrix Girls dolls. They are not like your typical doll. The Beatrix Girls teach girls about friendship, hard work and empowerment! Best of all, they are one of a kind!

The Beatrix Girls also have a CD out and webisodes on youtube.

I love the message that  these dolls send to young girls. I also absolutely love that they don’t have overly “sexy” outfits like most dolls these days.  I try to teach my daughter about modesty and how to dress to look her best without having to show to much skin. Each of the girls have big beautiful eyes and each one of them are different in their own way, just like us!

Any young girl will have hours and hours of fun  rocking out with The Beatrix Girls.
