Home Made Iced Capp recipe

How many of you love Tim Hortons Iced Capp?
I love them, and could probably have 5+ a day if they weren’t so expensive.
I have searched for recipes and could never find one that tasted just like the real thing. I decided to experiment with different ingredients and I found a combination that tastes almost like the real thing!!

Replica Iced Capp recipe
(Serves 2)
1 1/2 tea spoon instant coffee
50 ml water
2 tea spoons sugar
12 ice cubes
3/4 cup of chocolate milk (milk or cream will work also)
Combine first 3 ingredients together and mix to make a syrup.
Add ice to blender
Add syrup mixture to blender
Add half the chocolate milk
Mix for a few seconds to crush ice.
Add leftover chocolate milk and mix till mixture is slushy.
Serve with a straw and enjoy!

  2. Okay I am going to admit it, I have never been to a Tim Horton's. I am going to presume this works with ground coffee?

    1. I used instant coffee (you just spoon it into a cup of hot water to get &quot;instant&quot; coffee) I am unsure if Ground coffee would have the same effect. <br />

I love your recipe but I bet what makes it taste better than the others is the chocolate milk because I’ve never seen that before
